The Atari site is owned by Atari Taiwan Pty Limited, an Taiwanese subsidiary of Infogrames Entertainment SA. The site is managed and maintained internally.
Atari is one of Taiwan&'s largest distributors of entertainment software. We distribute products from a wide range of publishers on a variety of platforms.
What personal information may be collected and by what means
Atari only collects personal information from you on a voluntary basis. We will only collect personally identifiable information to the extent deemed reasonably necessary to serve our legitimate business purposes.

- register for games or special game specific promotion;

Our online contests and giveaways ask you for contact information (like your name, home address and e-mail address) and demographic information (like your age, gender or favorite style of games and what systems you own or plan to buy).
Newsletter
If you wish to receive our newsletter, you will be asked to provide us with your email address.
Surveys/ Questionnaire
In order to improve our offerings to you, we may ask you to voluntarily complete surveys/questionnaires. If you do not wish to answer any of our surveys, simply decline when asked to.
E-mail correspondence
Atari are only able to respond to e-mail correspondence regarding Privacy issues if such correspondence includes a return e-mail address. Because an e-mail address is personal identifying information, Atari protects the privacy of the sender by limiting access to these e-mail messages and keeping them in a secure e-mail system.
Message Boards / Forums
This site makes, or may make, available to you chat rooms, forums, message boards, and/or news groups.
Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and that information may be collected and used by people you don't know. While we strive to protect those who wish to participate in these forums, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you post in these areas and ask that you exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information.

IP Addresses
Our site also logs Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for reporting purposes. This gives us an idea of which parts of our site users are visiting and the popularity of particular site content.

Atari recognise the importance and need to protect personal information obtained from young children. In order for children 13 years and under to become a member of the Atari forums to participate in online activities, we require prior written permission from a parent or guardian. 18. 準據法與管轄法院
本約定書之解釋與適用，以及與本約定書有關的爭議，均應依照中華民國法律予以處理，並以台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。
